There is no device on earth which does not need maintenance, so little it is. How many times do we see retailer turning up at a wholesaler's in a bad mood because he has to replace equipment, accessory or a vacuum part?  In the environment of sanitary, it is obvious that the equipment and the vacuum cleaners get dirty; it is in the order of the things to have filthy machinery by working with the dirt. But how many companies really have a steady program of maintenance of their equipment?

The sanitary and industrial vacuum cleaner is one of the rare domains which do not need that the manufacturers set up obsolescence hidden program. 

We can define the expression "Planned obsolescence" as a devilish way to urge the consumer to buy again and again devices and equipment of all kinds because the manufacturing of these consumer goods is elaborated so as to break or be exceeded after a while.  The best example is a computer: hardly it is bought that it is already surpassed. With a vacuum cleaner, a polishing machine or equipment, it is the carelessness which is at the source of the failures.

Industrial soap dispensing systems is a good example. Instead of gurgling the product in the bucket,  the dispenser allows only what is prescribed by soap for a quantity of water. No loss and everything is calibrated well. That the way you must think with your working material. Now, if you only set a few minutes a week, even a month, to make a routine of evaluation of the condition and a simple maintenance of your devices, hundreds (and why not thousands) of dollars would so be spared.

At first the filter. This small accessory is lethal for all the devices which possess one. And it is not very difficult to notice a filter in poor condition. Change a used filter can simply save your device. Then, the dirt accumulated over time. Say to yourself that, if to be in health, a human body needs hygiene, it's the same for all your equipment. A machine which is dirty outside is automatically dirty inside. And think about this image: a retailer turning up on a workplace and unpacking its dirty and badly maintained equipment. Sad.

To have a firm politic of maintenance and respect of your equipment is a basic behavior. Because well-maintained devices will give you some invaluable services for a long time; a vacuum cleaner or a buffing machine is not very complex units, contrary to a computer. Without shining them as jewels, it is more than recommended to set up a program of prevention and maintenance of his equipment if you want to save time and money.
